The Lights of Aldar-Kose: Tales about Apendi (Алдар-Көсөөнүн жоруктары: Апенди жөнүндөгү жомоктор) is a lively collection of traditional Kyrgyz comic tales centered on two beloved figures of Central Asian folklore: the resourceful Aldar-Kose and the wise, mischievous Apendi.
