Asitane: Dergah-I Mevlana Albumu: 800, Yildonumu Armagani

Asitane: Mevlana Lodge Album is a richly presented visual tribute to the Mevlana Dergâh in Konya, one of the most important centres of the Mevlevi tradition and a place closely associated with the life and legacy of Mevlana Jalal al-Din Rumi. Prepared by Dr. Naci Bakirci, the volume explores the lodge and its artistic and cultural heritage through an album-style presentation, bringing together the architecture, ornamentation and atmosphere of this historic spiritual centre.

Published as an 800th-anniversary commemorative gift, the book reflects the enduring cultural significance of Mevlana and the Mevlevi tradition. With its ornate presentation and emphasis on the material heritage of the Konya lodge, Asitane offers both a celebration of Rumi’s legacy and a visual record of one of Turkey’s most significant sites of Islamic, Sufi and artistic heritage.
