At the Turn of the Centuries

It should be noted that for the last 10 years to an increasing degree Azerbaijan has appeared on the International arena no longer as an “oil power” but also as a country of rich and ancient culture. The Azerbaijani artists of the past and of the present, their talented works are a “gene pool” of our nation. This is a true “golden reserve” of our state. To take care of it is the duty of each and every of us.
