Competence-based modelling of professional foreign language education

The author considers the use of the competence approach in the issues of modeling the content of higher education. As a result, the paper deepens theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the structure of competencies in the system of training specialists in higher education. A thorough and versatile theoretical study of the problems of the organization and management of higher professional education allowed S. S. Kunanbayeva to present a holistic spectrum of the implementation of the competence approach in the professional and educational system of the organization of foreign language education.
